Then there's the hall itself which can be adapted easily to
events of whatever size.
We can offer:-
Fully licensed premises compliant with all current
regulationss.
There's
no need for you to apply for your own private license or
take any risks in selling alcohol without a license.
All you need do is buy in your own supplies of alcoholic and soft drinks.
By all means bring your own, but for any queries on bar facilities, advice on beer and wine suppliers please call us.

The hall has its' own separate bar area which can also double as a small meeting room.
Full raised stage, stage curtaining and stage lighting to use as you wish.
Sound and public address system.
Heating throughout the main areas
Full kitchen including cooker with oven and ample hot water available.
Sufficient tables, chairs and table linen, cutlery, crockery and glassware to allow catering and seating for up to 120 people in comfort.
The hall is licensed for safety reasons to accomodate up to 150 people. Still need more space? Well, we can offer lots of space outside with a very large grassed area. Including an external public address system. Just call us for details.

for details. Cheques to be made payable to Keysoe Village Hall.
Deposit.
We
also ask for a deposit of £50
for each hiring against possible costs for breakages, heating
and lighting being left on after the hire period etc.
The deposit
is of course returnable in full should no expenses be incurred
and can be in the form of a cheque or cash..
Any costs beyond
this are the responsibity of the hirer.
Our requirements.
A full tour of the hall will be given to hirers or prospective
hirers. We will point out what we offer together with emergency
exits, fire points, operation of lighting equipment, kitchen,
hot water and the bar. Naturally we would expect the
hall to be left clean and tidy as you found it and of course,
safe and secure.
All we would ask is that, tables and chairs to be restacked according to the ‘stacking plan system’ you will see and be given.
Heaters if used are turned off when you leave.
Hall keys are returned promptly.
Your own refreshments are removed promptly to allow the hall to be cleaned for the next event.
Rubbish, including cigarettes, is properly and safely disposed of into outside bins.
